Marketing & creative studio · Austin, TX · Est. 2016
HLX is a marketing studio — brand systems, funnels, paid creative, lifecycle. Every one of the 48 products below came out of paid client work — the same Figma files, Notion builds and spreadsheets we handed over, with the reasoning left in the margins.

Standard covers one brand. Extended covers unlimited client projects and resale of the output — the whole reason most studios buy from us.
The shop
Sorted the way we'd hand them to a new hire. Every product lists exactly what is in the file, what format it's in, and when we last updated it. Nothing here is theory.
48 products
Nothing matches that.
Bundles
Each bundle is every product in one category. The saving is the real arithmetic — the "was" price is the sum of what those products cost individually, nothing inflated.
Selected work
A studio is only worth buying from if the studio itself works. Three engagements, with the product each one produced. Client names are withheld where the contract requires it.
Category-leading home brand, flat for six quarters. We rewrote the offer around a single mechanism, restructured the page into eleven blocks and ran the checkout teardown. Nothing about the product changed.
Produced → The One-Page Offer and Checkout Page Teardown Deck
Nine months after launch the brand had drifted across six surfaces and two agencies. We ran foundations, rebuilt the mark on a proper grid, and wrote guidelines aimed at the people who'd actually be using them at 6pm on a Friday.
Produced → Brand Guidelines Template and Logo Grid System
A creative operation producing 40+ new assets a month across three platforms. The interesting part isn't the volume — it's the testing hierarchy that stopped the team burning budget proving that a button colour doesn't matter.
Produced → Static Ad Vault and Creative Testing Matrix
The studio
We take on a small number of engagements at a time — brand systems, acquisition builds and creative operations for companies doing between $2M and $80M. If you want the people who wrote these files to do the work instead, that's the other half of the business.
What buyers say
About two thirds of the shop's revenue comes from agencies and freelancers buying the Extended licence. We find that a reasonable endorsement.
“The Proposal That Closes paid for itself and the rest of my cart on the first send. I'd been burying price on page two like an idiot for four years.”
“I bought the Static Ad Vault expecting a folder of PNGs. It's a component system. Our designer restyled all 120 layouts for a client in about forty minutes.”
“The Studio OS is the only thing I've bought that changed how the business runs rather than how the work looks. The pricing calculator was genuinely upsetting.”
“Notes in the margins explaining why a section is where it is. That's the whole value. Everyone else sells the artefact and keeps the thinking.”
Working source files. Figma files you can duplicate and edit, Notion templates you duplicate into your own workspace, Google Sheets and Docs you copy, After Effects projects with the Essential Graphics rigged. Never a flattened PDF of something that should have been editable.
Standard covers one brand: yours, or one you work on in-house. Extended covers unlimited client projects, any team size, and resale of the output you produce with it — you can't resell the file itself. If you run an agency or freelance, you need Extended. You can upgrade later at the difference in price.
Yes, free and forever, for anything you own. We revise products two or three times a year — the date on each product page is the last real revision, not a version bump. Field Pass holders get every new product for twelve months on top.
Most of it, yes. In-house teams buy the brand, email and content systems most. The Studio Ops category is genuinely agency-specific — if you don't send proposals or run retainers, skip it.
Every product lists its full contents and format. If you want an actual look, email hello@hlxmarketing.com with the product name and we'll send preview frames. We'd rather do that than take money from someone who wanted something else.
A nine-person studio in Austin, working since 2016. The same people do the client work and build the products, which is the only reason the products are any good — and the reason we release two to four a month rather than twenty.
The Friday file
Every Friday we pull apart one real page, campaign or brand system and explain what we'd change and why. Free, and about 9,000 people who do this for a living read it.

The 41-point audit we run against every commerce client in week one — the deck, the scoring sheet and the annotated screenshots. It usually finds four figures a month.
